This is one of dozens of houses that could help us out on this hill alone. This one looks like it could make 8 nice apartments. Perhaps 12 if the decks were boxed in, but it’s refreshing to have that outdoor space, you know. So, let’s say 8 and leave everyone room for their 2 metres.
