The Killer Whale That Swims Past Ozette Does Not Swim Alone

At Ozette, a man stands in the sea, up to his neck. A killer whale passes by.

Actually, to read the story, you have to walk at low tide.

Slowly, the story reveals itself. You are part of it.

And the whale passes on.

The man, who is many men, remains, watching, in all directions.

So do you. Our minds evolved to read the world on the move. To practice these ancient arts is to be present with the ancestors. It is to become human in that very moment, that lasts some 5 million years.
