The colours in the buds in the 4th image from the end are so tenderly lovely, and you show me how the catkins open out in a pattern that spirals around the twig- like a gesture of a dancer’s hand. There is something I respond to deeply in that motion, in that twirl of buds.Thank you Harold, for drawing attention to these many flowerings. Ruth
