Wanna have some fun in the snow? Well, if you’re human, sledding is great. Bit of a bumpy ride down, and watch for the cacti under the snow and broken off volcano bits and all that, but whee.
However, then there are the pros. Slalom …

Loop-de-loops!
Graceful glides down through the powder at 16 Below. Bright sun. Nice.
You can ski alone.
Or in tandem.

Or as a trio.

It’s all in the stance, of course.

That’s my amateurish man track to the right. I admit, it’s slow skiing.
But fun.
And beats the crowded conditions at the bottom of the hill.
Fast food joint, you know.
Boring. Better to hit the slopes with the girls.

Yeah.

Haha Harold! We live at Head of the Lake, adjacent to a pasture replete with 30 prize bulls owned by the landlord. Love to try to communicate with them. My favourite, #485, used to come over to the fence and wait for me. I guess we had some sort of relationship. Alas, he is no longer here and I wonder about him.
Great post as usual.

Glad you like my skiing adventure. I’m worried about #485 now. I hope he is still out there somewhere, making friends.

But, this might be him, and a name! And Ma, too!

Thanks for your concern. Since that was 2006 in Oklahoma, I can only assume that Gotchamo then came here to our rodeo bull pasture. Alas, he’s a movin’ man and has gone elsewhere,
PS. If you see #485 on your ski-ventures, he is friendly.
